It arrived nice and early 👍. When we opened the box the lovely smell of pine came into the room💜. The colour of the soft wood is nice and with time and bees wax will become warmer♥️.
Then we read the leaflet with description how to assemble it all..... And the battle begun.. I'm not that technical but practical. My husband is very experienced in woodworking though... Well... Following the instructions to the letter, using all the given materials ánd using the given holes and screws, we started.... The result in about an hour and a half😅, is a table that still smells lovely, but without straight lines😂🤪😂. So, tomorrow my husband is going to take it all apart, drill his own holes (in places where they should be), use his own screws (that won't break), and then we'll put it, yet again, in the living room 😂😁. Because we're not sending it back, our choice; it will be a good table then and at least we'll have a talking- and laughing point every time we look at it and now it's really "a table with a history"😉😂.

The wood is nicely finished in the sense there are no sharp edges or splinters or splits , the hardware is reasonable and goes together quite well. The instruction's are easy to understand despite the bad reputation that stuff from that particular part of the world comes from. Bang a bit of beeswax on it after assembly (although you don't have to ) and it looks great.
